Kids Intro to Sewing

Service Description

Intro to sewing! This class is a small project, intro to sewing for kids to learn to sew. We will make a standard size pillowcase in this class. Kids will learn some basics of the sewing machine, how to sew a quarter of an inch and have the confidence to do projects on their own. This class is a prerequisite for kids, after taking this class they can take a beginner quilting class. Kids age 9-13. Cost of materials are not included. We do have a couple of classroom sewing machines available for rent. The cost is $10 per day. If you need a sewing machine, please call the shop to reserve.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy You may cancel a class registration via email, hollisthreads@gmail.com or by phone at 817-862-9055. Cancellations with more than 3 days prior notice may request a full refund. Cancellations received 1 - 3 days before the class will receive credit towards another class. Any cancellations on the day of the class cannot be refunded or transferred.
